The Service’s vision is to provide the best online shopping resource for SHOPPERS, and will not accept submissions that do not comply with the vision, unless the Service and BoyfriendGiftIdeas.org decides to alter their vision or otherwise.
The Service requires every shopping website or blog to be updated at least ONCE A MONTH, otherwise their links will be subjected to deletion without further notice. An email may or may not be sent to the user who fails to update his website or blog. This is to maintain quality of the directory and help in removing any listing that has ceased to continue its operations, which both benefits visitors and other users that subscribed to the Free links. However this does not apply to paid subscriptions, either for Premium or for Sponsored links.
The Service only allows English language as the only medium for websites and blogs, and if the Service encounters any multi-language submissions, one of the primary languages must be in English. All other websites or blogs that use other languages as their medium will be rejected.
The Service has NO TOLERENCE on scam, or phishing websites and blogs, and websites or blogs that are found cheating or stealing from their customers will have their listings deleted, with their subscriptions terminated, and a bad review posted on BoyfriendGiftIdeas.org to warn all other shoppers from your website or blog. Assistance may also be given to the authorities if needed. No refund will be given for the termination of service.
Submission of sites to a category that does not fit the description of the category will be rejected. You can always resubmit to correct the error.
Shopping websites or blogs that are no older than 7 days with no more 5 posts, will be rejected in application. This is to prevent spammers from flooding the directory. This condition may change if spammers are found abusing the Service. This does not apply to paid subscriptions.
The TOS includes a ‘NO REFUND POLICY’, which means if any user subscribes the Service in error, or if any user paid for the subscription but its website or blog is not approved, or in any other circumstances, for its paid subscription plans, BoyfriendGiftIdeas.org is not liable to refund the user at any time, in part or in full.
However a request can be made to the webmaster at the ‘Contact Me’ form of BoyfriendGiftIdeas.org for assistance to the benefit of the user who has paid or subscribed in error and it is in the webmaster’s discretion whether or not to offer his help in processing his listing into the Service.
In most cases, the webmaster is willing to help, but in every case, no refund will be made.
At this point, the Service does not include paid reviews as part of its service for users. Nevertheless, a request can be made with the webmaster for negotiations.
However, any paid reviews services are subjected to this TOS, including the NO REFUND POLICY.
